You can’t just go down to your local supermarket these days and get a pad of invitations to fill out and send to your guests.
No, no no you end up having to make sure even the cards match your colour scheme. You have the invites, day and evening – normally different for different guests,which include a ‘reply’ card for them to return to you, plus the ‘Order of Services’ , and then there’s the table menus and then the place name cards and the main table plan – the list goes on! And now, can you believe it, you send out a ‘save the date card’!! It’s ridiculous – no wonder getting married these days is soooo expensive!
